Puck: The Museum ("the App") is an iOS arcade game. This page explains what data the App handles and confirms that we do not sell or monetize personal data through ads or trackers.
The App stores game progress on your device. Purchases go through Apple. There is no account to create, no ad network, and no analytics SDK that profiles you for advertising.
Depending on how you play, the App may keep locally:
This information stays on your device (for example in app preferences). It is not uploaded to a developer-operated game server, because the App does not use one for saves.
Optional gallery unlocks and the Full Museum unlock are sold as non-consumable in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may provide us limited purchase records (for example, that a product was bought) so the App can unlock content and support Restore Purchases.
Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App needs a network connection for App Store / StoreKit features (loading products, purchasing, and restoring purchases). Gameplay itself does not require you to send personal content to a developer server.
The App is a general-audience arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own databases. Purchases on a device follow the device's App Store and Family Sharing / Ask to Buy settings controlled by Apple and the device owner.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
