Common questions

Save isn't doing anything.

Make sure you're on the latest version — this was a known issue in early builds and has since been fixed. If it still happens, email the address above with your iPhone model and iOS version.

AI hand feedback isn't working.

This feature calls a separate backend that isn't always guaranteed to be online, since it's a small side project. Everything else in the app (logging, stats, bankroll, pot odds) works fully offline regardless.

How is my data stored?

Entirely on your own device — Poker Diary has no accounts, no server-side storage of your tournaments or hands, and no ads or tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.
